Our perforated rubber ring mats made from SBR rubber offer a durable and cost‑effective solution for grass reinforcement and load distribution in outdoor environments. These ring mats are designed for professional use by landscapers, playground installers, and contractors who need a reliable way to stabilise grass and soil while maintaining a natural, green surface.

The open perforated structure allows grass to grow freely through the mat while protecting grass roots from wear caused by foot traffic, play activity, maintenance equipment, or light vehicles. This makes the rubber ring mats ideal for areas where a stable yet visually green surface is required, such as playground surroundings, access paths, seating areas, and landscaped zones.

The rubber mats function effectively as grass reinforcement mats and can also be used as an economical alternative to traditional load distribution mats. If required, the mat can be installed upside down with the raised studs facing upward, creating a more even and comfortable walking surface.

Installation requires minimal ground preparation, as only basic levelling of the surface is typically needed. The mats are connected using cable ties and secured to the ground with plastic fixing pegs. Once installed, maintenance is limited to regular grass cutting as needed.

Please note that these rubber mats are not suitable for use as fall protection surfacing on playgrounds.
