Warranty on PlayNsafe Products

At PlayNsafe, safety, quality, and responsibility are our top priorities. We stand behind our products and offer a warranty covering defects caused by material or manufacturing issues.

PlayNsafe is developed in Denmark with a focus on safety, flexibility, and long-lasting performance. We work exclusively with the B2B market and deliver solutions through a strong network of distributors.

Our goal is to create safe and inspiring outdoor spaces where children can play freely – and where you, as a customer, can trust the quality.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Material and manufacturing defects: The warranty covers faults resulting from deficiencies in materials or production.

The warranty period depends on the product type and its components. Please contact us for specific warranty details related to your product.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience any defects or issues, please contact us as soon as possible with documentation of the problem. We will assess the case and offer a replacement or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

To submit a warranty claim, please provide the following via email:

  • Purchase invoice
    Photo documentation
    Proof of maintenance according to our guidelines

For approved claims where the customer wishes to carry out repairs independently, the price and method must be agreed with PlayNsafe before work begins. If this is not followed, expenses will not be covered, and the product warranty will be void.

What Is Not Covered?

  • Natural wear and tear, discoloration, and surface corrosion
  • Delivery delays or additional installation costs
  • Damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or vandalism
  • Damage due to environmental factors beyond our control (e.g. saltwater, extreme weather, special environmental conditions)
  • Products not installed or maintained according to our guidelines

Note: The warranty does not cover delivery delays, extra installation costs, natural wear, discoloration, surface corrosion, misuse, lack of maintenance, or vandalism.

Warranty periods are halved for installations located within 200 meters of the coast or under special environmental conditions.

Disputes are settled by arbitration in Denmark, as chosen by PlayNsafe.
